What you will experience in this 3 Day Journey
Day One
Using a form of Holotropic Breathwork, allow for 90 minutes as we go deep into the energetics and emotional blockages you're needing to release before stepping into the next version(s) of yourself.
Day Two
This is where we access higher thought and conscious energy to channel energy into the higher realms of our being, allowing conscious thought to be dissolved and make way for thoughts and insights devoid of our conscious mind and biases.
Day Three
Is all about allowing the conscious energy and insight to shape the pathway toward our highest desires and manifestations through a specific Conscious Connected Breathwork technique.
