Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: Once the start date of a course has begun, no refunds will be given. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity and commitment of all participants.

Health and Contraindications

  1. Health Disclaimer: SOSHA staff are not health professionals, nor do they claim to be. Should you have any concerns about your health, please contact a registered health professional in your area.
  2. Contraindications: Please ensure you do not display any of the following contraindications for any of our programs. If you do, consult a health professional before participating:
    • Severe cardiovascular disease
    • Severe respiratory conditions
    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
    • Epilepsy or history of seizures
    • Recent major surgeries
    • Severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia)
    • Pregnancy
    • Detached retina or glaucoma
    • Osteoporosis or serious physical injuries

Program Participation

Code of Conduct
