Hi!

My name is Dane, and I’ll be your host with the Ceremonial Cacao online course content, and matched with the expertise of our incredible Cacao tutors, you’re in the best hands when it comes to this journey!

I’ve been in the healing realm for over a decade, helping people through Energetic Healing, Therapy, Breathwork, Plant Medicine and so much more.

I’m also the founder here at SOSHA, so if there’s anything you want to know about how we do things – then sing on out!

Shardasia Schwass

Hey beautiful soul,

My name is Shardasia, and I am honored to guide you on your journey towards self-discovery and empowerment through yoga, sound therapy, and holistic health.

With over 11 years of dedicated practice in Yoga, my journey led me to the heart of Eastern Philosophies in India and Nepal. In 2018 and 2019, I immersed myself in a 200 Hour Kundalini Tantra Yoga Teacher Training, along with courses in Reiki and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy in Rishikesh. It was here that a set of bowls found me, and I brought them back to New Zealand, along with the profound knowledge and teachings to share these powerful tools.

In 2021, I deepened my practice with a 200 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Yoga Nidra, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa here in New Zealand. My most recent accomplishment includes a Diploma of Holistic Health Science with a focus on Nutrition and Naturopathy. Additionally, I have studied the origins and science of cacao and have been facilitating cacao ceremonies infused with sound therapy for about four years.

My number one goal is to inspire and plant mindful seeds that lead towards self-discovery and empowerment, creating a ripple effect of worldly peace and compassion for the benefit of all beings.

I am thrilled to connect with you and support you on your path to holistic well-being and spiritual growth. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!

FAQ

Yes, this program is a self study course with all materials hosted online. 

The program is made up of Online Recorded Content – which is where all of the knowledge and material is kept and accessed, as well as LIVE Online Tutorials with your Cacao Facilitator who will be helping guide you every second-week with live questions, and tasks to help you become the best Cacao Facilitator you can become.

As soon as you’ve processed your application & paid, you will be added to the enrolment list and sent your login details no longer than 1 week before your start date. 

Your tutorial times will be finalised closer to start but will ‘loosely be scheduled every Tuesday 7pm CST if you’re in the Western & Northern Hemisphere, & 7pm NZST if you’re in the Eastern / Southern Hemisphere.

There are 3 Semesters each year and they are below:

Semester 1) First week of February – Last week of April

Semester 2) First week of June – Last week of August

Semester 3) First week of October – Last week of December

There is a 1 month break between each Semester to allow for catching up of material before students wish to continue onto higher studies.

You can sign up for multiple programs per semester, as each Tutorial for a program will be scheduled at different times to allow for cross-discipline learning.

A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred ritual that uses ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart and facilitate deep emotional and spiritual healing. Participants drink a specially prepared cacao elixir and engage in meditative and introspective practices, such as guided meditation, breathwork, or intention setting. The ceremony creates a safe space for personal reflection, connection with others, and exploration of inner wisdom, promoting a sense of unity, peace, and transformation.

Cacao Ceremonies are suitable for everyone. Whether you’re new to energy healing or a seasoned practitioner in other modalities, the sacred elixir of Cacao offers valuable techniques that can be integrated into personal and professional wellness practices.

Level 1 requires no prior experience. Level 2 requires successful completion of Level 1, and Level 3 requires completion of the first two levels.

Yes – it is!

SOSHA is an Internationally Accredited Healing Institution of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

Yes, after completing Level 2, you can start holding space for Cacao Ceremonies on others professionally. Level 3 further enhances your skills and allows you to teach and certify other practitioners.

Each program runs for 3 months, and consists of 12 individual online modules for you to complete within the timeframe.

You’ll also receive support and guidance from our Cacao Tutors in the Bi-Weekly tutorials which are available for you as well.

While there are no education requirements, we do strongly recommend our students to continuing to study other modalities in order to enhance their skillsets, and become more integrated and well rounded healers.

We also offer in-person Retreats to our graduates in order to connect and develop further as individuals and healers on their own healing journey.

Yes – as this is an online program, you have Lifetime access to this program – meaning it doesn’t have to take you the 3 months to complete if life happens and you need to take some time away for a bit.
